A BIT OF OUR HISTORY & PRODUCTION PROCESS
DCK has been started since 2004 and has been working for about 20 years and we are proud that we can survive and sustain until this present moment. We have 3 locations with 11.000 m2 to do all the processes before delivering it to our customers. We can maintain almost all the wood such as teakwood, railwood, bridgewood, boatwood, ironwood or ulinwood, rattan, and rootwood.
Here are the following steps after the Purchasing Order dropped to us:
1. LOGISTIC
With 23 workers and 2 QCs, we selected and prepared the materials that will be needed. We`ll ensure all materials are dry and in anti-insect treatment. All the wood that comes to the factory will be dried in a kiln dry first, to ensure the dryness of the wood before the production processes.
2. PRODUCTION, RUSTIC, AND ASSEMBLING
Made by more than 58 production workers and 4 QCs and supported by a lot of woodworking machinery enable us to make 400-500 CBM for our monthly production capacity.
3. FINISHING
With 48 workers and 2 QCs, we worked with a large number of materials available in Indonesia, including solid teak, metal, and glass with several selections of finishing touches and anti-rust treatment for metal.
4. FINAL QUALITY CONTROL
After the production process, we have one final step to ensure all the goods have not spoiled.
5. PACKING
Our products are packaged in standard carton boxes and wrapped with single face or bubble wrap, ensuring safety in all corners, and drying inside by 6 workers and 1 QC.
6. LOADING AND CONTAINER
Last but not least, we deliver worldwide high-quality products.
